Information we collect
When you submit an RFQ, we collect the contact, company, destination and product information you enter. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical data such as IP address, browser information and security-check results.
How we use information
We use the information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate documentation and logistics, prevent abuse, maintain website security and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and international processing
Authorized HCSchem personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, anti-bot checks and email delivery may process enquiry data. Data may be processed in China and in other locations where these providers operate, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls.
Retention and disclosure
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for commercial follow-up, legal compliance and dispute prevention. We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only when needed to handle your request, protect our systems or meet legal requirements.
Analytics, cookies and security checks
We use privacy-focused Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits, traffic sources and website performance without advertising cookies. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, page performance and enquiry interactions. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies and process browser, device and approximate-location data. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. You can accept or decline analytics from the cookie notice and reopen it through Cookie settings in the footer. Cloudflare Turnstile may use essential technical signals to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse.
