HASE Alkali-Swellable Thickener

HASE疏水改性碱溶胀增稠剂

Paints, Coatings, Adhesives & ConstructionCAS Mixture; no single CASMilky acidic aqueous emulsion

Product overview

HASE Alkali-Swellable Thickener is an anionic acrylic rheology modifier activated by neutralization. It is selected for viscosity build, suspension and sag control in waterborne coatings, with final performance influenced by pH, electrolyte, surfactant and binder chemistry.

Function & Usage

  • Control Rheology & Water Retention

Controls viscosity, suspension, sag resistance or water retention in suitable coating and construction formulations. Typical uses: Architectural and textured paints, Low- and mid-shear viscosity control, Sag resistance and suspension.

  • Formulate Architectural & Decorative Paints

Supports opacity, color, film formation, application rheology or durability in compatible architectural-paint formulations. Typical uses: Architectural and textured paints, Low- and mid-shear viscosity control, Sag resistance and suspension.

  • Control Paint Rheology, Sag & Settling

Controls viscosity profile, application flow, suspension, anti-settling or anti-sag behavior in a compatible coating system. Typical uses: Architectural and textured paints, Low- and mid-shear viscosity control, Sag resistance and suspension.
