HEUR Associative Thickener

HEUR缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂

Paints, Coatings, Adhesives & ConstructionCAS Mixture; no single CASAqueous liquid / High-solids liquid

Product overview

HEUR Associative Thickener is a nonionic polyurethane rheology-modifier family used to tune low-, mid- and high-shear viscosity in waterborne paints. Compatibility with binder, surfactants, coalescent, tinting system and application method determines performance.

Function & Usage

  • Control Rheology & Water Retention

Controls viscosity, suspension, sag resistance or water retention in suitable coating and construction formulations. Typical uses: Waterborne architectural paints, KU and ICI viscosity adjustment, Flow, leveling and spatter control.

  • Formulate Architectural & Decorative Paints

Supports opacity, color, film formation, application rheology or durability in compatible architectural-paint formulations. Typical uses: Waterborne architectural paints, KU and ICI viscosity adjustment, Flow, leveling and spatter control.

  • Build Industrial & Protective Coatings

Provides a binder, pigment, curing or performance function for compatible industrial and protective coating systems. Typical uses: Waterborne architectural paints, KU and ICI viscosity adjustment, Flow, leveling and spatter control.

  • Control Paint Rheology, Sag & Settling

Controls viscosity profile, application flow, suspension, anti-settling or anti-sag behavior in a compatible coating system. Typical uses: Waterborne architectural paints, KU and ICI viscosity adjustment, Flow, leveling and spatter control.
