Choose the cyclodextrin and process together
Alpha, beta and gamma cyclodextrins have different cavity sizes. Hydroxypropyl, methyl and sulfobutyl-ether derivatives change solubility and application suitability. The guest-to-host ratio, water activity, solvent, temperature, drying method and residual free active all influence the final material.
