Gamma Cyclodextrin is an eight-glucose natural cyclodextrin with a larger cavity and higher water solubility than beta cyclodextrin. It is evaluated for larger flavors, nutrients and active molecules in food, pharmaceutical and personal-care systems where efficient encapsulation and improved dispersion are required.
